How it works

    We check it and show the name on the account before you pay, so you never renew the wrong decoder.

  2. Pick your package

    Every StarTimes package at its normal price, the same as the table on this page.

  3. Pay from your wallet

    Your StarTimes is renewed and the receipt stays in the app. If it fails, the money goes back to your OyaPoint wallet automatically.

Good to know

Where do I find my StarTimes smartcard number?

It is printed on the smartcard in your StarTimes decoder. It is also on any old StarTimes payment receipt.

How soon does my StarTimes come back on?

Usually within a few minutes of paying. Leave the decoder switched on so it picks up the renewal.

Can I renew someone else's StarTimes?

Yes. Enter their smartcard number and we show the name on the account, so you can be sure before you pay.

Do you add a charge?

No. You pay the normal StarTimes price shown in the table, nothing on top.

What if the payment fails?

If it fails, the money goes back to your OyaPoint wallet automatically.
